Advanced recovery therapies combining oxygen ozone sauna and specialised massage to restore, rejuvenate, and relieve.
Oxygen Ozone Therapy
Healing Through Activated Oxygen
The cornerstone of our pain management programme. Oxygen ozone sauna therapy harnesses the power of O₃ to address chronic pain at its cellular root.
How Ozone Works
Ozone (O₃) is activated oxygen. When delivered transdermally, it increases tissue oxygenation by up to 200%, triggering the body's natural healing cascade.
The Sauna Advantage
Steam opens the pores, allowing ozone to penetrate deeply. The combination of heat and ozone creates a powerful detoxification and anti-inflammatory effect.
Pain Management
Chronic pain often stems from low-grade inflammation and poor tissue oxygenation. Ozone therapy addresses both root causes simultaneously.
Evidence-Based Medicine
Clinical Evidence for Ozone Therapy
Over 235 clinical studies published on PubMed support ozone as a complementary therapy. Ozone clinics are included in 23 pain management centres and 2 diabetic foot hospitals in Spain. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) includes ozone as an authorised active substance.
An oxygen concentrator and ozone generator introduces ozone — "activated oxygen" — into a special steam sauna cabinet, where it is absorbed transdermally (across the skin). The head protrudes from the top of the sauna, so the individual does not breathe the ozone/steam mixture. Concentrations used are approximately 40 µg/ml, introduced at a rate of ¼ LPM. The health effects reflect the combined physiology of hyperthermic sauna therapy and ozone's powerful oxidative action, which includes increased tissue oxygenation, pathogen destruction, modulation of the immune response, and stimulation of the body's antioxidant systems.

Clinical Trials — Effects of Heated Sauna on Health
Regular sauna bathing has beneficial health effects particularly for cardiovascular, rheumatological and metabolic conditions. Mechanisms include increased nitric oxide bioavailability, heat shock protein-mediated metabolic activation, hormonal pathway alterations, and enhanced toxicant excretion through sweating.
